After a challenging time for tourism in late 2015, the City of Brussels staged Brussels Colours to emphasize its vibrancy and diversity.
On 30 January 2016, Bourse and the city centre hosted over 7,000 people in a lively, carefree atmosphere. Street performances, concerts by Belgian and international artists, talks and culinary specialties shaped this free event, which was a symbol of tolerance and pride for the capital. The unique celebration reiterated Brussels’s energy, creativity and resilience.
