In October, the City of Brussels works closely with the ULB, VUB and other universities to host the graduation ceremony for students. The event is held in the prestigious setting of Grand-Place and City Hall. In the presence of their families and various figures, the graduates are treated to an unforgettable day that recognizes their academic achievements and goes big on the emotion.
For the occasion, Manneken-Pis is dressed in a gown, with a logo reflecting the educational establishment under the spotlight.
