Horizon 2030 is preparing for Belgium’s bicentenary and the 150th anniversary of Parc du Cinquantenaire with diverse scientific and artistic programming.
Horizon 2030 is a visionary project upgrading the Cinquantenaire site ahead of two major anniversaries: Belgium’s bicentenary and the park’s 150th anniversary. Led by the NGO Horizon 50-200, the ambitious programme is combining a scientific and artistic approach to deliver a participatory experience.
Thanks to support from the National Lottery and collaborations with BELSPO and the City of Brussels, Horizon 2030 is aiming to breathe new life into this iconic site. With activities aimed at all audiences, the project reflects the ambition to create a vibrant and inclusive space in the heart of Brussels.
